Wheat Straw Cups 16oz set of 8 with Etched Pattern

I bought these cups because I got tired of my kids using glass cup filling them to the top and then not finishing there drink and having to throw it away. These cups are the perfect size for any age. They are sturdy, have a very nice design. They do not look like cheap cups that you bought at the dollar store. Machine friendly and I know longer have wasted liquids. They were worth my purchase

I am such a fan of wheat straw items! I put these through a test (dishwasher, dropping them on the floor from 5 feet up, heating in the microwave, freezer, etc.) Also, I measured and took pictures of the cups stacked - 2 high, 3 high, and 4 high - because I wondered how many stacked cups would fit in one of my cupboard’s shelves. I hope it helps some of you!

***PROS:
—1) Lightweight.
—2) Do not break! I have (purposely) dropped them on the counter as if I was clumsy when grabbing it from the cabinet. I have dropped them from 5 feet in the air onto our kitchen floor (not carpet) several times. It just bounced away and was completely fine.
—3) Love the 16 oz size. I have seen some other cups that were 12 oz, but never ordered them because I
thought they would be a little too small for our household. Now that I have these 16 oz size cups, I am glad this is the size I ordered. They are the perfect size for us. Not too big, not too small.
—4) Microwave-safe. I put a little bit of water in it (not even halfway), and heated it for 1 minute. Water was really hot, but the cup was warm. In comparison to some wheat straw bowls that I have, these cups got a little warmer to the touch, but not too hot to grab.
—5) Dishwasher-safe. We have washed them several times in the dishwasher with no issues. (I will point out that our dishwasher’s heated-dry system isn’t as strong as it used to be. But, it is still a heated dry cycle. I figure since they work fine in a microwave, then a hotter dry cycle in a dishwasher won’t be an issue either.)
—6) Freezer-safe. I put a cup in the freezer for over half a day and it was just fine. I didn’t try dropping it on the floor right after taking it out of the freezer though.
—7) Embossed design. Normally, I like a smooth design. However, I like this embossed design as it gives just a little bit of something to grab onto. My children really like this feature.
—8) Colors. I ordered the Gradient Blue set. The colors are exactly as pictured. My children love that there are different colors and specifically said to mention this in the review. lol They love it because there is less chance for one of them to drink from another person’s cup. I just like that they are blue and different enough in color from one another.
—9) Lifetime Warranty. The description says there is a lifetime warranty. I haven’t had to use it, but I think that’s great!

***NEUTRAL POINT:
—1) This is just a note for those who have never had wheat straw items. (I also didn’t see it listed in the
description.) When heated, the bowls will emit a very slight wheat smell. It’s not a bad smell and it’s not very
strong. Just slightly there. It doesn’t bother our household at all. Also, if you store the cups down (opening down), then it will also have a wheat smell when you turn it over. However, the wheat smell didn’t affect the flavor of any of the drinks we poured in it.

Loved these wheat straw cups! They are very durable and don’t stain. Perfect for kids who love to drop everything. I like the multi color easy to find your cup and are a good size.

I have some wheat straw bowls that I really like, so I wanted to try the cups and I am very happy with them. These cups are just the right size for kids or adults. They are very sturdy, and easy to clean. What I like most is the design, which not only looks good but is raised to help keep your grip on the cup.

These are great cups. They are a perfect size and the variety in colors will help our family keep track of their own drink.

The design on the outside of the cup is raised and gives a more secure grip. The inside is smooth and easy to clean. The weight is good and feels solid.

They went through the dishwasher without any issues.
